Deposit & Cancellation Policy

At Bosphorus Ink, appointments are reserved with a deposit. This page explains our deposit, cancellation and rescheduling terms.

Deposit

• A deposit of 20% of the tattoo price is required to confirm your appointment.
• The deposit is not an extra fee — it is deducted from the total price; the remaining balance is paid on the day of your session.
• The deposit secures your time slot and your artist's availability.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel, simply let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment — your deposit will then be refunded.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment once, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance; your deposit carries over to the new date in full.

Late Notice and No-Shows

For cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment, and for no-shows, the deposit is not refunded. This covers the time your artist has reserved for you.
